Tricia Ourand is a Regional Director of Marketing and Sales for the mid-Atlantic region, extending from Pennsylvania to Virginia, and including seven existing communities, and one under construction in East Norriton, Pennsylvania. Ourand is responsible for sales training as well as marketing initiatives for the independent, assisted living and Wellspring (Alzheimer’s) components at the communities.
Ourand, a resident of Severna Park, holds a BA from The University of Maryland. Most recently, she served as Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Life Care Services.
